Hi all,

My application was initially rejected but was later re-instated after further examination. I have been asked to make a payment but don't see a tab on "My CIC" account to make a payment or upload the receipt. I have been given 7 days (which end tomorrow). After several emails and tickets to the Sydney, NS office, I still haven't received a response. I don't know if someone has faced a similar issue but any advice would be much appreciated at this point.

Thanks!

There is a thread on this from several people in a similar position. I believe it was started by kmagnusc, and yelena definitely is part of it. They eventually found a solution.

well.. I don't know if we found a solution, but in the absence of anything better...

I ended up paying on line ( outside of Mycic account), where btw there is no option to pay as fsw applicant - only as spouse, but the amount needed to pay is exactly the same.

so, I choose fsw spouse, paid and uploaded a receipt in CSE with a letter explaining this was the only thing I could do.

prior to this I sent two CSEs without any success.

I don't know if this is a good idea., my application is still labled as closed in MyCic, but they have credited my card and I am hoping payment receipt should be enough proof that I did indeed pay the amount needed in the time frame they gave me.

I wish I could give you better advice :/

@aq365, the steps below was how I paid my fees after my cic account was re-opened after 55 days:
Check out this process:
STEPS OF ATTACHING REFUNDED PAYMENT ON MY CIC ACCOUNT OR PAYING FOR ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBER ON MYCIC ACCOUNT
1. Log on to MYCIC (Use your your personal credentials)
2. Then on the 1st tool bar where you have: jobs-Immigrations-Travel-Business-Benefits etc.
3. Click on “Immigrations” then a drop down will come up, then click ‘my applications”
4. Then a question will be asked, are u sure you want to exit ?, the two boxes available will be CANCEL/CONTINUE, Please choose CONTINUE
5. Then locate the title PAY YOUR FEES,
6. Then pay your fees by choosing your country and type of payment to be made, then the payment instruction will come out;
7. If your application was cancelled, then the type of payment to choose will be “PROVINCIAL NOMINEE” and you can then manipulate the payment details to suit your purpose.
8. The payment receipt will then be forwarded to the nominated email that you have chosen in the process of this repayment.
9. After this , then re-log into MYCIC and get to “View submitted application”, after launching that, then click on “continue” and this will lead you to your previously uploaded documents and right there your account would have been enabled to upload the receipt that has been sent to you after payment.
10. Thank you.

Hey Yelena,

I ended up doing the same, plus I also sent the receipt via Express Post to the Sydney office along-with an explanation letter. Even I sent 2 inquiries but never got a reply back. Hope they accept the payment and update our profiles soon.

Thanks for your help.
