Application put on hold by WES

Hi, my application has been put on hold. They have sent verification to my institute " Indian institute of foreign trade" and my institute has replied them, yet WES says that we have not received any email from your institute. Please advice what to do.

Reach your institute or University and ask them to reply to that mail/email.
Universities know this kind of process, so just find the right guy who can answer.

I have contacted everyone at the institute. Everyday I call them and they say that please believe us we have sent them email. What shall I do in this case ?

its a 30 day process, its being how many days?

Don’t worry Wes take time for updating reply’s . They take minimum 15 days and can extend upto 21 days . This is due to rush of applications . Keep calm

My application reached on 13th August and I got email from WES on 11th september. Today is 21st, so it is just 10 days untill now. I will wait untill 1st October.

After how long did ur status change from "ON HOLD", did u get ur ECA report?
