Application payment issue

Hey guys,

I just tried to submit my express entry application and accidently hit the back button and the page couldn't display. I had to go back and try submit again but now my link to the application has changed to processing but no payment details have been taken and I cant click through to pay What can I do to make sure my application has been processed?

Hi,

I had exactly the same issue while submitting my application this morning. Will try to call them on tuesday morning and see if there is solution. I hope there is, after all the trouble of getting to this stage.

It means that the transaction has gone through. Expect your status to change to "Submitted" latest by Wednesday.

Hi did you get any update after this issue. Just pay today unfortunately I got payment failed but they is no option to redo the payment but may profile status changed to submission processing. Just kind of worried

It happened with me also, it will be unlocked again wait for 30 mins, do check the address you are entering is matching with your credit card mailing address....

logout and login again. or wait for 30 minutes.

best thing to do call them Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100 and try early morning so you don't have to wait on hold.
