Hi, I want to apply supervisa for my parents my NOA is $82000. But here comes the unfortunate part I have quit my job and does not have employment letter...can i still apply for supervisa.

Once you have submitted your application before the expiry date of English test, your English test is good for that application does not matter if it expires in the middle of application or anytime.....

Absolutely it's not your fault, that's the reason they will not ask you for a new medical right away they will first re-assess and then they will decide whether to give you extension or to approach you for new medical because as per the rule your medical should be valid at the time of landing...
