Hi I am going to file my citizenship application. I have 3 kids under age 18. Do I need to fill up a seperate application form for them? There is a link in CIC website for the app. form for minors but it's not working. Please advise. Thank you.

3 kids 3 different applications, for kids under 14 years you can sign, for kids above 14 they have to sign in addition to you signing the application.
All school records for all years ur kids have been schooled, attach a photocopy, obtain a school record- Index which has enrollment information with a photo of your kid.
