I think I lose this document as I am not aware before that this might be needed. Is there a way I can get a copy of it from the immigration?

I received an email today regarding my application so I think this is an AOR. They probably gave consideration on the name that I forgot to write when I resubmitted my application. Next challenge for me is the exit/entry to UAE as I went back to abu dhabi three times for work after landing.

Yes you're right, i didn't noticed that I need to fill the name at all. I checked all the documents like almost 10x. haisssttt, there's nothing I can do I hope they wont return and give consideration.

I just realized how dumb i was when I resubmit my application after they returned. I forgot to write my name on the Annex A of the cover letter they sent to me. I want to smash my head on the wall right now >:( So i think they will return again my documents :(
