when entering the sites it says

"Applications received at our Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Sydney, NS March 1, 2021 or later must use forms from October 2020 or later (indicated on the lower left corner of the form). Application forms that are not up-to-date will be returned as incomplete. IRCC does not consider the date of signatures or mailing to be deciding factors. "

But i see only one form "
Application for Canadian Citizenship: Adults - Subsection 5(1) CIT 0002"

Please advise to which form we need to use ?

The form must have been updated on the website.

Download the form you currently see on the website and check if you see a 'Validate' button on the form. If you see one, then that is the new version of the form (the old version did not have a validate button).

Another way to check is to download the application form and check the footer. The footer will contain the application version (It should say something like Oct 2020 or 10-2020 towards the bottom of each page). If you see October 2020 in the footer of each page, then that is the latest version of the form.

Yes the new form has validate button and in the footer its CIT 002(10-2020)

I am planning to apply citizen ship onFeb 10th,2021. My new passport is from November 11th,2017 and i got PR on Jan 13th,2017. my 5 year eligibility period is feb 9,2016-feb9,2021.

Question: Unfortunately i realized that my old and expired passport is missing but i do have the bio pages. Do i need to submit LOE and police reference now or at the time of interview? Please note that i did study and had temporary visa as worker.

I believe that my 5 year presence counts from April 2017...
I traveled to my home country in November 2017 for 30 days, I became PR in April 2019. Do I need to get police report from my home country

In your case, you don't need a police certificate from your home country because you were not there for up to 183 days.

It will be better for you to submit a LOE together with a police report for your missing passport now (I.e. together with your citizenship application). Also keep copies of the LOE and police report to present at your interview if you are asked.

if one doing two jobs in same one period of one year then there will be one entry but two jobs and employers addresses in one entry in application . ?
Like 03/2019 to 12/2019 - @ job 1 & job 2
or two entries as follows
03/2019 to 12/2019 @ job1 and address
03/2019 to 12/2019 @ job2 and address

Two entries, just as you have outlined above is better. It is good to put it in a way that everyone understands. It is common for people to work more than one job at a time, so this will not come as a surprise to the IRCC officer.

My family is on PR and eligible to apply for Citizenship for Canada. But i just applied it for myself and my spouse.
Earlier we decided not to apply for my kids but later we changed our mind. Now i have already shared my documents to CIC in Jan'2021.
Can someone suggest how can i apply for my Kids citizenship now ? I have submitted the webforms to CIC but no response from them

I believe you have to send out a new application for your kid. Since you are applying for the kid separately, the kid will have to satisfy the physical presence requirements.

I put Not Applicable in my application, because, you know.... it is.
