Application Filling

Hello Everybody,

I have the following question:
In SCHEDULE 1 background declaration question number 2 states
Your Full name written in your native language or script
but my native language script is not accepted by this PDF document.
What i have to do ?
1. Should i put N/A in this field?
2. Fill it using pen?

Also question 9 has several options, which must be ticked. If any of this option is ticked with YES, details must be provided into the fields below it.
If i have ticked only NOs should i have to leave this fields blank or i still need to put N/A into them?

Is it necessary to fill PDF forms using computer or PEN/PENCIL also accepted?
