We've lost login credentials to the GCkey sponsor created to pay the Fee. (we cant remember the username, normally we use email.)
Although we have several printouts of the fee payment and even PDF copies, the confusion is.. was this account considered the MyCIC for the sponsor in the eyes of IRCC?
The applicant will create a separate GCKey to access MyCIC, what about the Sponsor? Can the sponsor also create another account ?

I haven't used or needed the login for the fees since I originally set it up and paid them. I created a MYCIC account entirely separate from the fees. I'm not sure if you can both create your own accounts, but you can set up the one for the PA and share the login information so you can both access the account. That's what I did.
