okay so I am now ready to send my application to CIC ( very excited)

I put my application in a blue envelope with tabs inside so that I can easily put labels on each section of the documents.

I created an outline of all the documents I included in my file. I make sure that my file is in order so that CIC can easily locate the document they are looking for.

So my Outline is look like this:

what I did in the pictures is that I just created a story time line and insert a pictures on every trips we had.
here is an example of what I did in additional form in IMM 5285 since we are required to insert a photograph on that form..

I also included some pictures in "proof of relationship" just in case they lost the
additional sheet of form IMM 5285 and please don't forget to label all the pictures.
what I did was I just label who are in the picture and date it was
taken and the location. I only submitted almost 10 pictures of us with our close friends and 30 pictures together plus 10 pictures of the wedding.

On the conversation, I just used print screen feature of our computer and just pick some conversation from 2013 to 2015.
we just printed 3 screenshot every year ( it is not important to print many conversation as CIC is just looking
for the date of your conversation) and I just summarized every conversation since we are not using english in our conversation.
it is up to you if you want to translate every single words of your conversation, but if you want to make your life easier then just
do the same thing what did. In addition, I also pick 2 conversation of my mom and my sister just to prove that my family is aware of my relationship with my partner

I also included all the receipts we received on our pre and post wedding ceremony. if you want to include it then you can just scan it and create a word document and put all together in one file then don't forget to label it too.


NOTE: before you submit your application check 10x if you already signed all the forms! if you forgot to sign one form then your package will be return to you.

Did you include only T4 with option C print out of last notice of assessment ?

I hope you don't have a T5007 unless you are on disability or worker's comp.

Try not to overthink the application too much. Just give them what they ask for in the guide.

so the T4 should be attached on your option C. if you only have T5 then you can have that. since my partner only received his T4 then I just have that form instead of T5 used paper clip in attaching the photocopy of T4 or T5 I hope this could helps.

Totally , I should have skipped the T5007 ;D too much forms seems to be getting into my head lol

@erwinjohn997 is that the package you sent to CIC? Including the labels?

Will be creating my EE profile, just doing some research first.
