Do you mean all applications that disappeared is approved all need to update it?

I called IRCC, the agent said the technical issue will take at least 2 more days to resolve and they are not sure the application status which is from IVR is going to change. That was some relief. But again need to wait 2 more days.

I used self serve option its says same process what was before so nthg changed for me i guess wait for it to show up in account

I did try for 12 times and got through, if you are in visitor visa after entering UCI number try 1-1-1-2-application number-year of birth-1-0
