Hello everyone,
My application got denied today and the reason stated was thus:
" You declared in your EOI that you are working in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed by the licensing body in Manitoba, but you are not actually working in an occupation that is considered regulated and/or have not completed all licensing steps for employment in Manitoba."
I'm working as a system admin currently in my country and i specified that It wasn't regulated in Canada during my application. I was told that i said it was in my application. How do i contact them? Can anyone help?

First visit the "submitted application" section on myCIC. check the work history and details and take screen shots of "NO" answer in the licensing part. then raise a CSE explaining and attaching these shots.

Could you tell us your timeline plz?

Hi there,
Well, the first of all, you got such a bed news. This letter indicate that you have provided a false information. I believe that some special marks has been made on your file. What you have to do in this case, is to write the letter to CIC and explain why you decided you were sure regarding your work and its regulation. However, to be honest, no chance to change this situation. Because the officer got from your application that you are already working in regulated profession and have the full licence (according to Canadian Law), but this is not true. Sorry...

It is but I really need to resolve this. The emailed that i had to apply again
OK, for starters, this is the Express Entry forum, so people here were telling you to go do a CSE which is relevant to the CIC level.

You can head to the PNP forum and search the Manitoba threads for more specific advice, but if MPNP told you to apply again, why not submit a new application.

You haven't done this part yet since you have yet to get your nomination.

Your issue is still at the MPNP level, not yet MyCIC.
