Just got my ECA result today for my bachelor's degree, now the next step for me is to do the IELTS

Question: Since IELTS will take another 2 to 3 weeks, can i create my profile in CIC and apply in order to save time?

^IELTS eats a lot of points in your EE profile. so making it now will make your profile ineligible. Better get done with your IELTS first then make an EE profile when it's done and you got results.

Australia PR as an option

Yes, a year older is 5 points deduction. However, you can always try to apply for any provincial nominee programs so you can get an additional of 600 points to make your score qualified for ITA. Good Luck!
