I'm 334 score EE applicant. Tryed to apply here after failed FSW application on NOC 4011 (is there smb who applyed in the end of the year, thinking, that the cap is not closed? :). The last draw was quite hopefull. Maybe they'll pay attention on us 2-3 months later

Do you have PHD degree? Then onlyu can apply on 4011 : D

Yes either PHD or University Professor ( not in college I.e if you are a lecturer in a college u r not eligible) for NOC 4011

MY SCORE 307 -But I have query regarding IELTS score...

My Details:

NOC code - 1221 (Administrative Officer) (Level- B)
6 Year experience.
IELTS Score S-5.5, R-8, W-6 and L-6.5
ECA - Done

Also I have submitted the profile in Express Entry under Federal skilled workers and the system have accepted my profile. My score is 307.

But my question is regarding IELTS score.

My speaking score is 5.5 that will be consider or not when I will fill the PR after getting ITA?

I have already registered on WES but I am not clear how I can do attestation I am in Toronto now

You need to appear for IELTS again. 6 in each area is mandatory.
