Its very early to decide that 300+ will not get ITA. I am very confident that every one will get ITA at least by end of the year.
This is not a false hope, down the line system will be refined and there will be NOC specific draws . As the system becomes for stable it will very clear like AUS immigration.

AUS started the same EOI concept 2 years back. You need to have a pass point of 60 to get into pool. If you check the result of latest draw the ITA's were given to 60 pointers .
In other words you just need to be eligible to get an ITA. soon this may apply to Express Entry as well.

Although My company applied for lmia for me... My noc 1311.. applied for ainp in feb.. but ainp is only about wait. So wt u guys think how many chances for me to get a positive LMIA..My company never had any tfw or pgwp holder before...Thats there first tym so hope for the best...
