What will happen after Ontario release the EE plan and I find my self eligible?

How did you calculated your EE scores?

• I am 27 years old.
• IELTS score - 7 overall and R - 7,S - 7.5, L- 6.5, W - 6
• One year work experience
• 2 Years Post grad Diploma
• Bachelors Degree (Outside Canada)

Also, how should i calculate my CLB scores?
