Thanks for the info , i am applying under 2174 NOC list .I have proof of partnership deed which i can produce attested xerox copy .What do you suggest I should have more as in supporting documents for this self employment part only .Rest mostly i am clear & aware of about the documents required .

Are you serious? They have not released new forms, and they will not accept with old forms.

Hi Charan28s.....i suggest to have as much documents as you can arrange to support the duties of your NOC Code that will make the things easier for you....i am not very sure if they will accept the partnership deed but still you can show it....Hope it helps

On December 19, 2012, Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney announced significant changes to the FSWP. In addition, the Minister announced that the new FSWP would be opened up for applications on May 4, 2013. A pause on applications, except for those supported by a qualifying job offer, has been in place since July 1, 2012.
This suggest individual with Job Offer can apply under FSWP

On and after May 4th , applicant should follow new point system and application and again there is no CAP for individual with Job offer and some certain Phd

all the forms with new version will have - IMM XXXX ( 05-2013)

Some of the forms do not have 05-2013 date. I filled in on May 6th and some of them still had 2007, 2008, 2012 dates. I guess they did not update all the forms but for a few.
