Go to my previous post, I've provided some links.

Everybody is packing their suitcases so no one is around this forum any more :) :) :)

OR

you all are doing a thorough research related to relocation?

Hope you will summarize it in some kind of user guide and for effort shown I will personally issue a PhD to you to show my gratitude to that outstanding venture :D :D :D

I'm still here ;D
Our passports arrived in Vienna on Tuesday. Do they let you know once they put visas in them?

still here, going in september. bought tickets, suitcases, cat bags, looking for apartment with the help of friends, finishing one by one things from checklist ... :)

Lucky you guys...still waiting for PPR...I hope it will be very very soon! :) Good luck to all people in Vienna office!

me too... still around, checking forum from time to time, but i'll have valuable info on the 8th, not before :)

packing easily..

hey, i have a question: do you guys know are we allowed one or two boxes of cigarettes per suitcase? and also, how many alcohol liters can we bring along? any thoughts?
is the tariff no 9807.00.00 of http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/b4-eng.pdf that applies to us? which means one box of cigarettes and 1.5liter per adult?

One box of cigarretes per passanger and 1 liter alcohol. We have three adult tickets and one child and will take 4 boxes in four bags. Don't need alcohol :)

Passports arrived! It was super quick. We sent in on Monday via DHL and received them today via registered mail. Happy!
Ecas still shows Medical results have been received, though.

Congratulations!!! ;D

We received passports and only after day or two ECAS showed 'decision made'

Thanks! We expected them only late next week or so. I'm not complaining ;D

It's good to hear that you received the passports so fast! My wife sent hers yesterday and it got there today in less than 24 hours via DHL.

This is what the email said: "Your immigration documentation and your passport(s) will be mailed out to you within 7 days from the date that the visa office receives your passport(s) via the same transmission method you selected."

I have read some posts from 2013 where people said it took 4 to 6 weeks to receive their passport back. :o

Who paid for the shipping fees when they sent you the passport back? Did they give you a tracking number?

They paid the fees (7eur) and didn't give me a tracking number nor notified me they were about to send them back to Serbia. The date on the visas is 29.07. and we received them on 31.07.

Hello everyone.

Happy to inform that I and my wife got our VISA and COPRs yesterday at Vienna.

We just came back to Frankfurt after a tiresome bus journey.

P.S. VO had incorrectly put my marital status as Single on the COPR, however it was correct for my wife.
Good that we were there in person to obtain the documents and got it corrected.

Very important to clearly read through all the details on VISA as well as COPR.

Does anyone know whether or not it matters where the sponsored person will be landing? For instance, if the person will be living in Ontario but lands into Canada in the Province of Quebec, is that a problem?
