This morning Fedex told me ghey cannot organize the return, i.e. they can but it costs 3000 rsd plus 20 000 rsd for return and that's why they don't usually do it. I used DHL several years ago when applying for visitor visa and they returned my passport (the procedure was the same as the lady explained it to me tbis morning over ghe phone) but back then they didn't ask for any kind of coupons or such. I think I just sent them an email saying that dhl would collect my passport. How did you send your passports?

i wrote an authorisation for my cousin who lives in vienna, sent it with our passports, and as soon as i got rprf, he turned in our passports personally, picked it up the same day, and sent it by bus. everything took 36 hours :p

Lucky you! I guess we can send them by DHL and if they don't want to send them back this way without that coupon, they will certainly send them via regilar mail.
I need to ask again, did you send the receipt for RPRF by email to Vienna or just as part of the package to Vienna?

if you are send it from serbia one way, use ups, it is cheapest!

i sent rprf receipt by email only

Thanks. I haven't sent the rprf receipt yet, so I'll do that today. We are gping to use DHL cause we are still not sure if we arr using only one way service.

Very inspiring statement! What I can add, is that you need to teach own children in your homeland country, that the abnormal is normal, and normal is abnormal. What absurdity! Two moments are the most difficult in the whole process: when the dream becomes a reality and the first months in Canada. But if you have dispensed with the reasons why you аre leaving your mother country, then you should have no problem. What hurts me a lot is: My homeland becomes a foreign country and the foreign country becomes my home! Really sad!!!
Greetings from Macedonia! Cheer up! ;)

come on folks, don't get so emotional now... i mean, of course this whole process is firstly emotional, and also stressful, annoying, painful, expensive and everything else... but always first think of the reasons you chose to even start this whole thing! and why never come back?! think of it as a vacation or an adventure, to which you've been putting several years into, and then come back home for a month, with enough money to not think if you could visit all of your friends and/or family to whom you want to bring decent gifts.. and, on a top of that, your kids have safe future, and will be growing up in a system where they will learn of normal things to be normal... we are all pretty much same age, and you all know what we've been through in our teenage years... i am sure you don't want your kids to go through such periods.. so, cheer up, we are moving to a better place, where we will secure our kids' future and our own, and will be in much better position to even help our families back home! we all, the ones who are leaving and the ones who are staying, will be better off with us living abroad, trust me! as people say in serbian: bolje je da te zele nego da te zale! true as it comes! good luck to all of you who are packing and to those who are waiting to start packing!

you should wait for someone who actually used it to get a proper answer, but when i called, DHL and UPS also told me that they never did such thing and that they cannot organize it, only fedex said that i could send it via them, but i should inform the fedex in vienna when everything is ready for pickup.. or something like that.. anyway, it was waaay too complicated!

For such an important event which is the crown of the whole process why not go to Wienna in person?
Especially because here is a large number of applicants from Serbia cant you agree with someone to go by car and split the cost?

I think it would be the best solution!

Poco, I wrote that was the original plan. Unfortunately, that is not an option anymore.

OK, I had to take a few days break.
Last week I went to VO Vienna for visas. In person. From Belgrade to Vienna about six hours in mini-van with 8 other passengers. I arrived there around 6 AM and waited till 8 AM in front of VO to leave my documents. I had to spend some 6-7 hours in the city and it was terrible hot that day.
I got visas and CoPR about 3 PM. I waited for a van another two hours on the very hot sun. Terrible.
The whole process was exhausting but I would do it again. I couldn't wait for a weeks again to receive visas.

Tickets booked for 17.9. Cheers 8)
