No, nothing yet :(
I've checked it several times since this morning but :'(
You'll be the first to know, of course.......

Believe me, I can understand your frustration and impatience, but try to stay positive as much as you can. Positive energy and attitude attracts positive events.

Collecting the documents and preparing my application at the beginning did not went well, I mean smooth and easy. I had to face with lots of obstacles which have made me feel very angry and frustrated, but I tried to keep my positive energy.

I will just give you an example. I could not make my diplomas evaluation, because my father's name was written different on my post graduate diploma than my master diploma. This could have caused a huge problem during the evaluation. So, this meant that I had to request changes to be made and new diploma to be issued. All of this has happened in the beginning of June and supposed to last at least two months which meant delay in my application and loss of precious time especially when was a matter of NOC quotas. I have done everything by the book and filled for a new diploma and after month and half waiting I got my new diploma. But guess what, the new one was written wrong too. I was so pissed of so I thought to go there and blow them in the air. Real nightmare.

That was just the beginning because later on I had to face with a couple of more complex obstacles. Finally, everything went well at the end.

I went a little bit far with the text, just wanted to tell you that in my case was not everything so easy as it looks.

I hope that this will give you a piece of relief and cheer you up. ;)

Hi friends,

Here is one more Vienna applicant (app received - Dec. 8th, PER - Feb.24th ) who is eagerly waiting for MR.

A big congratulations to all of you who have received MR this week and a big thank you for keeping the rest of us informed.
It makes us less frustrated and worried, knowing something is happening in Vienna VO. Life is easier when we know in few days we will too share the great news.

Regards to all

you might have already answered this, but please repeat if so...
is that the only documents they've asked you to submit?

i am little bit confused about the way they asked me for new documents, since it says:

We are missing the following information and/or documentation in your application:

An original letter from your bank demonstrating your settlement funds available
An original police clearance certificate from Serbia for yourself and your spouse
An original police clearance certificate from Bosnia-Herzegovina for yourself
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

medical examination for yourself and your accompanying dependants
You will receive separate auto e-mail from us with the instructions."

it is impossible that they are missing it, since i would not have gotten PER in that case, because those documents were mandatory. well, at least POF was. but i also sent PCs along with an initial application. anyway, the proper sentence would be "we need an updated documents regarding....." i'm guessing that english is also second language to them, so i won't hold any grudges. :D

anyway, i took updated all three documents, translated it, and it's ready to be mailed back to them.

what about you guys who also had to submit new PCs? was this a sentence formulation in your cases too?

and also, i am not quite clear on the following, so i will be grateful for any input!
it says in the same email after, which documents "are missing" ...
"Unless originals are required, you are encouraged to scan and forward us the documents by email to vienn-visa@international.gc.ca. "

does it mean i should scan originals and email it, or send originals by courier? thanks!

They have clearly stated original...
"An original letter from your bank demonstrating your settlement funds available"
"An original police clearance certificate from Serbia for yourself and your spouse"
"An original police clearance certificate from Bosnia-Herzegovina for yourself"

I think that you should send them by courier, and spare yourself from worries... it will cost only 50EUR

I think itz is right.
I send scanned copy by email since word original was not mentioned anywhere.
However in all of yours required documents, original is clearly stated.

So if I were you I would send originals to them.
By the way I have been asked to send military book only.

Regards!
Best of luck and congrats to all with an update :-)

medicals received?

yes :)
I read in other parts of forum that this should mean that medical check is cleared and results are acceptable, but I'm wondering what are possible next steps
