did they ask you to send the USA PCC, or you did it on your own? they didn't ask for mine

I did not send my US PCC too, since been ages when I was there, more than 10 years ago. According to the PCC requirement, applicant is obliged to send PCC from each country where he/she spent more then six months in the last ten years. If you have been in States for more then 6 months in the last ten years then you are supposed to send the US PCC. Do not send any additional document for the time being, unless VO requested them.

No.
All the data requested is for the past 10 years except for PCCs which you have to submit for the time since you were 18.

Ok, I might be wrong.

My point was that you do not have to send additional documents unless they requested them. Especially when everything's going as planned, you can make more confusion and delay in the process.

Yeah, you are right about delay part, but this is not additional document, it was suppossed to be sent with the application but I didn't have it at the time.
I was in USA 15 years ago, so long time ago and I was more than 18 then. They didn't ask me for it because my stay there was not in my personal history, just like you. I've obtained it because I didn't want to think about it, you never know what the future brings, one day I might be in a situation that someone acuses me of misrepresentation because I was not transparent about my past and jeopardize my PR when I'm already settled in Canada........
