Just before the 17 month mark Vienna finally "made a decision" !!!!
Hoping for good news - they say they will let me know in writing what their decision is.
Aaaaaahh way to keep me up all night now Vienna! Wish I hadn't checked my app status right before bed.

Does anyone know within how many weeks or months you have to 'land' in Canada after your application is approved? (REALLY HOPING MY APP HAS INDEED BEEN APPROVED AND NOT REJECTED ;D)
Just found out a decision has been made on my application and I'm going back to Europe next month for 3 weeks. Hoping it will all work out... Just worried I'm going to have to change my flights or something :

May I ask you to share what was the date of:
- your medical done
- passports received with visa
- visa expiry date
- purchased ticket price and date that it relates to

It would mean a lot to me to understand how much time we will have to sell our belongings once we get visa and to understand ticket cost associated.

passports received with visa: 27.04.2015
visa expiry date: 1 year from medical
purchased ticket price and date that it relates to: 440 EUR one way ticket Skopje-Toronto (Turkish Airlines) at the end of June.

Regarding the tickets price, I had a lot of luck they were the last tickets available for that date with that price ;D. Previously, I had reservation on 730 EUR (one way ticket) with Turkish Airlines dated two weeks later than those I bought. ;D

Last night I sent an email to Vienna visa office asking if they have our medical results (done upfront). They responded today, stating that "results are received and acceptable". They are only waiting for my PC, and papers are on the way

We still have no AOR or MR.
Did anyone received AOR from Vienna VO?

Our timeline is:
APP received by CIC Dec. 8th
CC charged Jan. 29th
PER received Feb. 24th

Any predictions for MR date, getting slightly nervous here

Don't worry. You will not get AOR, and it is probably still to early for MR.
