I feel bad, terrible, instead of finishing for 6 months, we have to wait with ages... terrrriiiibbbblllleeee my friend.

Docs received 20 July, but 2 years from the beginning of the process, its 2 years my friend, 2 f*cking years.

People working there are miserable... Im very dissapointed, Im almost telling them to stop my case... Im fed up... fed up my friend, believe me.

I think that Vienna office usually doesn't send AOR, for example, the first email I got from Vienna was a medical request. I am sure you will get PER in the next few days. Did you check your timeline with people from other visa offices?

They are sending PER emails to July 18 to 23
My ecas says " we received your application for permanent residents on July 18
I wonder if it will say something else if they reject me
Like decision made

In case of NER, I think all your documents should be returned to you. But since your CC is charged, just keep calm and check spam/trash/junk in your email, you will get PER, I'm sure.

"Winners never quit and quitters never Win"-True for lots of application (including mine) were returned in 2013 cos cap was reached before it got to our turn..lol!

A friend once said,life is full of those that never knew how close they were to succeed before they gave up.

And if there is anything am taking home from this...it would be... To Never Quit So Soon
