Hi Ca7r10na! Did you receive RPRF and PPR (in your case passport copies) in the same time or they sent to you PPR after paying RPRF?

They only asked for RPRF but we advised at that time that my husband had a new passport so I think that's the only reason they asked for copies. I don't think they need to if not as they already have copies from your original application.

Are you visa exempt? Have you paid RPRF yet? If so, how long ago?

Thank you! I am from Croatia so from visa exempt country. I paid RPRF on November 18, a three days ago and I guess that I will need to wait for some time.
Hope that we will get COPR soon.

when you sent your application to CIO, did you send it from Cro? if you did, was it thorugh HP, or sth else??

i've sent mine on monday, HP (zurno preporuceno, airmail).. last status says "insert item into bag" on 18th Nov.. nothing after that, so I'm a bit worried now... I think it should reach Canada by now?

Well I will update when we get ours - I guess we are 6 days ahead of you (if visa office received our passports on 12th and your fees on 18th) so let's see. Please post if you get yours. Good luck!

My first cousin took application with himself when he traveled to Canada and then he sent the package by Canadian post.
By Croatian post HP I sent new police certificates to Vienna on November 6 (zurno preporuceno, airmail), and through internet post tracking system I could see only that "Insert item into bag" on 6th Nov. After 5 days I sent enquiry to HP regarding my package status and they told to me that they can only tell me that my package left Croatia on 6th Nov. but that they failed to give me confirmation did my envelope reach destination.
Then I sent enquiry to Canadian embassy asking did they receive my certificates and 4 days later they sent to me RPRF so I guess that they received it.
Maybe my case was 1 on 1000 shipments but in the future I will send documents only by courier (DHL or something like that). Did you ask for "povratnica"?

no, I haven't asked "povratnica".. I've said that I'm sending documents, that it's important and I need tracking number. they told me I should send "zurno preporuceno". well, thats just great -.-
I have a friend who sent his application back in 2013 via HP, I'm gonna ask him did he have "povratnica", 'cause I know he was able to track documnts until they reached CIO..

You should ask. I have got the COPRs and the fourth lines appearance (decision made) since last Thursday, although my medical check had done on 22th.10.

My medicals were done on 10/27/14 and there is still no 3rd line in ECAS. My colleague did medicals 3 days later and his package was sent to London the same day as mine and he already got "Medicals done" line. I already wrote an e-mail to Visa Office last week with question if they received them at all, but unfortunately still no any reply. Lets see how it will go...

In your case I would definitely write CYA (cover your a$$) e-mail, just to give them notice (within given 60 days for medicals) that you done your medicals in October, so that they cannot blame you in case your papers lost somewhere on the way to correct person.
