@ alta.province have you tried to send email to Vienna about your child medical request issue? if yes, what was their response?

I dont think babies undergo security checking and their medical is only physical check up and collection of pampers to determine urine test nothing more.

You can send the RPRF payment receipt with the two options, I used the two

Yes, I sent an email requesting medical instructions for the babies and have sent RPRF online payment receipt in that email. No answer from VO yet.
I will send a hard copy of RPRF payment receipt next week.

Good, just try to write a cover letter about your child medical request. When they asked you to pay the RPRF didnt the VO ask you to send your passport together, because I noticed they do request for the two together.

But still no medical request for my babies?

Do babies have to go through some kind of security screening (checking if there is traveling ban, possible social service issues, etc.... ) or what? If not, why does it take so long?

Those are so simple. Just measure the head circle, the weight and the height (they only asked, not measured) and simply physical check, about 5 minutes. But they need the children book to compare the development of children if your family lives in Germany, this could perhaps depend on the doctor!

Good luck!

Hi everyone,

I've received PER on the 24th of October. My application was received on the 30th of June. I was wondering how long will I approximately have to wait for MR given the fact that everything else is OK?

I'm a little bit confused because I see where there are people from FSW 2013 program waiting for MR and there are people from FSW program 2014 who started receiving their MR. I don't see any pattern in Vienna Office's decision making processes. I'm a little bit confused.

Thank you for your help!

Well, they know about the babies. They even told me in my medical exam instruction that babies will have to undergo medical examination and that they will issue the medical exam instructions to them later.

I am from visa exempt country so I guess passport request will not be necessary for me or ??

No, PPR is not necessary :) :) :)

Guys, request for additional documents is received by e-mail, mail or in online status check?

Thanks kiril.z!

Do I need to write some cover letter with application number, etc when I send additional documentation?

We haven't yet, we have an appointment this thursday.
Are you from Croatia? We are from Zagreb but we are doing our medicals in Ljubljana because it's cheaper.
It's 160€ for one person. In Zagreb, the price is around 260€.

Hi Puzla,

I'm from Croatia, but I'm already in Toronto waiting for my medicals which are $250. I've noticed you guys got your MR in just a couple of months after receiving PER. Do you think Vienna Visa Office will continue processing at such fast pace? I hope they will since I got my PER on Friday and anxiously waiting for MR :)

Yes they will !!!

If you look at the forum spreadsheet, everyone from FSW14 is getting MR in less that 6 months from the application reception at CIO. Even Singapore visa office is doing it for FSW14, and Singapore has not processed a single FSW13 application yet.

We, the early applicants under the Vienna jurisdiction, got our MRs after 5,5 months of waiting.. So, do the math :)
