The same here with me( PNP ,they received my application in may 2013). I was updating my application last month , they advise me to apply for BOWP( my current wp is expiring in feb 2015). I guess it is gonna be more than 22 months in my case...

Omg Why Why ? can someone explain what really happening with PNP ?? why is this waiting ? I am really depressed

we are a little frustrated because they are giving priority to FSWs and even 2014 applicants, but I think that Vienna doesnt have to much PNPs and when they start processing they will finish all 2013 and 2014 for one month. Now, they started to process 2014 FSW candidates I think they want to get 'rid of them' because of express entry.

lets bring our hope up pnp's, we will finish our process by Dec or January

Hi all,

I need to share some info with you and also to ask for an advice.
My wife is FSW 2014 principal applicant (docs received 07.05.2014, PER received 07.08.2014).

Two days ago we received standard request for medical exams as well as for police certificates from the country where we live.
I thought that these were a good news, but...

In addition, she was requested to provide a "New original police certificate from the United States". (I guess this is because she was studying
in USA 18 years ago.)

The problem is that they need the documents within 60 days.
Quote from e-mail: "Please note that failure to provide the above requested information and/or documentation within the established deadline will result in the assessment of your case on the basis of the incomplete information on your file. This may lead to the refusal of your application."

I checked the FBI web site (which is responsible for PCC in USA), and the processing time showed > 12 weeks + postal handling times.
I guess that CIC will be patient enough, but I also think that we should send them a letter with explanation about the possible delay which is out
of our control.

any thoughts?

PER: 25th Aug
MR: 24th Oct

Additional doc requested: PCC for a 6 month stay in Belgium which was not included with my Application.

For those still in the waiting.....I wish this information reinforce your hopes that you are not forgotten and that you will receive some good news very soon.

Recently I have received RPRF request to be paid for my spouse and me. That's good.

But still no medical request for my babies?
I don't understand what the hell is going on, as we did medicals almost 2 months ago and updated all additional documents at that time. There is even a third line on ECAS showing that medical results have been received.

Do babies have to go through some kind of security screening (checking if there is traveling ban, possible social service issues, etc.... ) or what? If not, why does it take so long?

Also, have you sent RPRF payment receipt through the email or regular mail to VO ?

@ alta.province have you tried to send email to Vienna about your child medical request issue? if yes, what was their response?

I dont think babies undergo security checking and their medical is only physical check up and collection of pampers to determine urine test nothing more.
