Could you clarify your data - when did you get your PER (approval from CIO), are you visa exempt, is your eCAS "In Process"?

Are you inside Canada already? As per my experience, if AOR and MR dates are the same - the case is being processed in Ottawa.

I'm a PNP applicant with a job offer, but my timeline is much more "as expected" for Vienna: App received at CIO 12th of April 2013, AOR 7th of June and no news after that.

Yes, I am in Canada.
My Ecas status says application received.
I received PER on August 16, 2013.
AOR on September 30, 2013.
I am from visa exempt country.

I asked for this application to be processed in Vienna because I already have application under CEC program in Ottawa.
And I didn't want to have 2 applications in the same office, you never know what can happen.

Also I have a friend who applied to Vienna under PNP, exactly after 1 year he was requested to pay RPRF. Got his medical also at the beginning of his application.

In this case the MR has been sent from Canada and not from Vienna. That explains the light speed you got with your case.

Probably. My guess is it was sent from CIO Nova Scotia together with AOR.

Hi Guys,

These visa officers seem to have mass traveled home to Canada for xmas break already. All threads are kind of silent now, nothing much is happening. Although I foresaw this, that's why I was writing Dec off from my calculations. I think things will start to go abuzz from the 2nd week in Jan. So guys, unless there's desirably a surprise, enjoy ur xmas too and let's hope for the best in Jan.

Nothing yet, apart from that Vienna notified me in Nov. that its been forwarded there, so I have been on queue . I was thinking of writing an inquiry to request AOR from Accra but then, I thought may be I should just take it easy and relax a little bit till around mid Jan.

Got a rude reply from Vienna on my request if the MedRequest has been sent to me already:

medical instructions have not been sent to you yet. Please refer to our correspondence from August as attached

So they're assuming that if there was no MR in August it's not worth to ask again in December. No comments.
