Wondering the same, just submitted my ppr documents to vfs and wondering how long is it taking to get your passport back nowadays.

Hey all,
I got my PPR and sending my passport to VAC because in person submission is discouraged. After making the payment, how can I attach this payment details to my application? Also, I did my application online and sending my passport to the same VAC where I have given the biometrics. As far as I understood, I do not have to pay the package transmission fee. Am I correct?
