From your timeline, it seems your application is moving pretty fast. I pray it continues on that path, because London and Vienna VOs are like brothers interms of slowest when it comes to processing SA.

No response still waiting. I called them and you can get only to reception and of course they don't have access to application. I sent another email, another web form another gcms notes and still nothing. I feel helpless.

Might be because I (the sponsor) am disabled and indicated it on the application.

The most sponsors are based in Canada, if they are permanent residents they have to be in Canada.
