  • Original application sent March 17, 2020. Returned Oct. 2020. Sent back and was lost- March 17, 2020. Finally showed up at my new address 15 months later.
  • Second application sent - Feb 24, 2021
  • AOR1 - March 11, 2021
  • SA (Notified of file transfer to London, UK) - March 23, 2021.
  • Biometrics - From TRV - N/A
  • “We started Processing” April 1, 2021
  • AOR2 (London) - April 6, 2021. Now Vienna
  • Medical Request - July 28, 2021
  • Medical Approval - August 28, 2021
  • ADR - October 21, 2021
  • ADR submitted - October 27, 2021
  • ADR started reviewing - November 4, 2021

They wanted my wife's son's police clearance, and they wanted a divorce certificate for a common law relationship I was in. The certificate doesn't exist of course, so the consultant advised that I should send a letter of explanation, which I did.

Well, that's a wrap! Got PPR at 12:30am and DM like 3PM the same day. I emailed them on January 30th for a status update, and they responded with PPR, two days later. :)

Here's our timeline:

I'm Express Entry FSW Outland, submitting docs via Serbia VAC to Vienna Embassy for visa + COPR issuance. Anyone else here who has dealt with Vienna recently and can share timelines as far as submitting and receiving back their passport + COPR?

Ours was basically done in three business days. Sent in on Feb 2nd, and it looks like they stamped the visa on the Friday (4th). It started coming back on Feb 7th, and we had on Feb 8th.

That's fast, great to hear. Is this the time it took Vienna office (Embassy) to process it aside from time it took VFS to get it to and then from the Vienna Embassy; or is this total time from the moment you shipped the package to VFS until you received it back?

Whoops, ours went from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Application was processed in Vienna.
 
Hello,

I am non-European applied from Berlin under FSW-O EE. My primary VO was Vienna and AOR is February 2021. I have called IRCC in March 2022 and found that my file has been shifted to RROC visa office but have not received any ADR/ghost update since then.

Is there anyone from this group with the same situation like me? What I can do/try to do now?

Any suggestion should be highly appreciated.

IRCC has been generally slow for more than a year. I haven’t gotten any updates IRCC a year after medical was passed. It is really frustrating!!
