rprf has finally arrived!!

...and i got TLU.. actually, in my case, the second one, since the third one came first... anyhow, they've started processing my app on juyly 2?!?!


i have a question though!
when filling the table, I should fill in my husband's info (date of birth), since i paid with his CC, and in the column where says Client ID, i fill in my UCI, right (i am a primary applicant)?

I paid with my own card and I was principal applicant so I stated all details regarding myself, honestly do not know answer for your case but I am quite positive that once money is collected they will manage whatever data you placed on this document.

In meantime I got generic respod from vienna that does not bring all the details as expected. However from their vague answer I would conclude that cash or simmilar is the only right option.
Bank statement does not seem like appropriate solution.

Congratulations to you all who received good news lately and at the same time a little reminder to my posts on page 214 (Reply 3204&3205) regarding flights. To the rest of us there are a few more weeks of waiting....

You should contact the skyliner for the ticket price (it is around 1000 CAD/person ?) but if this is a DIRECT flight from your neighbourhood (Zagreb) to Toronto that lasts some 9 hours maybe it is not even a bad bargain... (especially if you are carrying a large amount of cash with you you have some additional certaincy because you do not have additional stops on the way (and potential places to be robbed or too loose the money - god forbid). The most important thing is to land on Canadian soil and once you reach Toronto you can open an account make the money deposit in some of their banks and even stay a day or two in the city although Toronto is not your first choice. Who knows maybe you will love it and stay there for good)

it's been 8 months since CIO received our PNP PR application..
it's been almost 3 months since we received File Number..
it's been one month since I've sent e mail with changed address..

Nothing new on ECAS. not even address change!!
only one line that says "we received your application December 1st"

well, people, be careful. two friends of ours had problems with them.
first flight form ZG was delayed for 3 hours.
second one was cancelled then rescheduled because of current issues in Greece.
company's not reliable, they only have one plane, and who knows will they continue to operate..

I just got the idea, maybe some of us (if we find time) could share our landing experience and first months in Canada for other people to read. As I noticed, we are landing in several different cities and it would be nice to share and compare. of course, first we need to land and get settled, but I'll leave that idea somewhere in my mind...

people, when looking for tickets, make sure you check out klm.com, especially you guys with kids!
i've had great experiences with them in previous years, and just found out that their ticket prices are not much different in comparison to condor.com or flightnetwork or other cheap tickets sites, but are far far far safer and professional. make sure you look up return tickets!
