"We started processing your application on January 26, 2015."

Probably you guys should also check your ecas.

I got the second line approximately 3 days after my MR.

Being in Canada already is not the key.

I applied for a PR via Vienna in April 2013, moved to Canada in May 2014 (got Work Visa using a support letter from BC Provincial Nominee Program). The MR has been received 25th of Nov 2014/passed few days later. And no updates/requests since that time.

So it's not a "First In - First Out" system and, also, having a job and living in Canada is nothing for this VO.
