just got MR, after almost a year including 50 days AOR, its a little bit more than 12 months, also with MR its PCC update request.

I, also, need advice on updating sent documens. We've received PER on November 3rd, bud my son's passport had expired in September and now we've made a new one.
I don't know should I inform VO now and how because I have no idea if they had received our application until today. Or, should I wait for MR or request for document update and send it then? Is that going to be too late and make some kind of a problem?
And in which form am I supposed to send it - via regular mail or scanned by e-mail?

You mast inform VO for new passport. If you received PER on Nov, your application is in Vienna for sure.
Scan new passport and send them email. There is the email address: re-vienn.immigration@international.gc.ca

But they didn't mention updated settlement funds because now we are +1 member.
Do you think I should send it?

Is the amount stated on your initial proof of funds statement covering the current requirement per total number of family members that you now have? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp
I mean, new statement certainly can't hurt, but this is just a thought before you spend money for getting a new one, notarize it and translate it.

The current one covers only 3 members, that's why I think I should get a new one, for 4 members. And I am sure after I send the list of documents they asked, they will ask for new settlement fund doc.
It won't change anything if I send it now.

Did someone received MR recently. Or is there information when was last MR request made from Vienna office and when did that person apply for a PR.
I am just interested since it looks like other VO are getting MR and I have not heard anything for Vienna office.

I'm not sure if you are supposed to notify VO about pregnancu since it doesn't change any element of an application until baby is born.
But, you must inform a doctor (if it is an early pregnancy and not visible) because X-rays are dangerous/leathal for baby and your wife must not take it.
Also, after you get visas you must rush to enter Canada because a child must be born there to get a visa at birth (or a passport, I'm not sure). If it is born in your home countra you'll have to sponsor it.

i think that you should send them right away cus i think that they will ask you later ..so you can save some time by sending them now...

I have one question.My IELTS test expires on January 12, I plan send the documents to CIC on Friday.Should I re-take IELTS or test is valide if CIC receive my application before 12 january.....

Mine expired 30th of June and Cic received my application June 16th. I got PER.Vienna is asleep now. Instructions say that CiC have to receive it before IELTS expires.
