Most of the Canadian unis accepts English proficiency certificates like Regina, Concordia, Saskatchewan, Memorial etc. However i recommend you to give IELTS as it is strongly recommended for Visa.

Thanks a lot for advice. Actually i want to send application without ielts and get acceptance as deadline for universities are approaching.

Mean while I do prep for IELTS. Which universities I should target for BSc Electrical Engineering.

I want to take admission in Research based Masters degree and usually it is strongly recommended to search a supervisor before filing an application for admission. But i've contacted more than a dozen supervisors and most of them are not willing to supervise my research study, though some of them didn't reply.
Now if i send application for admission without the consent of a supervisor, what will be my chances of getting admission ?
Kindly tell me the name of univ where getting admission in Biological sciences is easiest.
I am going to apply for Memorial Univ and Univ of Sasketchewan.

My undergraduate degree is DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) and i want to take admission in M.Sc Biochemistry/Microbiology.

Regina, Memorial and Saskatchewan all have two year tuition fees around 12000/= CAN$ I believe Saskatchewan is even more cheaper than Regina and Memorial. Concordia fees is around 26000/= CAN$. Check Uni's website for updated tuition fees and plus living expenses they are mentioned there. Ryerson University also does not require IELTS but tuition fees is very high. In place of IELTS you will have to submit English Proficiency Certificate issued from your University. PR policies are different for different province.

Plus your percentage is very good you can apply in any of these Universities.

Thanks bro for your reply. I apply in these 3 universities Regina, Memorial and Saskatchewan.

How many universities should I apply to have safe admission?

Regina don't consider English proficiency Letter.
You need to submit original IELTS or TOEFL result card.

One thing I forgot to mention and I believe this was very important that you should first confirm with the Uni you are applying in that if it recognizes your previous institute as an English Medium Institute. Regina does not recognizes every institute as mentioned here under the first heading:

40 lac investment means u can add around 15-20 lac to it ( 8,000$ per year in part time jobs are quite possible) which make it around 55-60. So i recommend u to apply in Concordia too
Regarding your English proficiency certificate MFAHAD is right its better to ask a university person before applying.
