hi evryone!
I got medical, passport and RPRF request last week. I ll get my medicals done next week. I hope they issue visa as fast as they have sent med request. Fingers crossed yet. Cos in many cases they have sent back passports very late.
But New Delh CHC is REALLY WORKING at a good pace..

actually i dint see eacs status for few days..courtesy bsnl. my net wasnt working. cheked today.it shows "in process" started processing on 10 dec.

according to this thread it looks like only we both didnt get any update either online or by mail. wish we will get it soon.

I got med and ppr on 15 dec. got an appointment to get medicals done on 25th dec
status changed to --- in process on 15 dec - (Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 9, 2009)
( I had sent full docs to new delhi on 26 oct 2009 )

We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 29, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on July 7, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 9, 2009

(I would suggest not emailing them again and again from my experience)

hi all,
today cic website says **Please note that the Client Application Status and Change of Address service will be unavailable Saturday, December 19, 2009, from 8:00:00 AM EST to 10:00:00 AM EST, so that CIC can maintain the system. what does this mean r they going to update the e cas status.

pvkks2000, that means, they are going to do some software or hardware maintenance on their servers and during that maintenance, they will have to shutdown those servers. For that, they are informing you in advance of the downtime. Hope this helps.

You are right. Let's see when the status changes to 'In Process' & when we receive medicals. What about GIAWM?

hello

i applied to NS in Aug , case transfer to New Dlehi in Oct., Documents sent to ND office in 20 Nov,

Now I have recieved Medicals, ROLF, PPT letter on 19 Dec.
In letter it says " Request of Passport at this stage doesnt gaurantee of Visa Issuance"

Is this line written in every medical letter recived.

Also I already sent ROLF fee, but now they are asking this again. what should I do.
