Hello people, I just sent my application to CIO couple days ago. I had stated Buffalo as the Visa Office. But, now after reading reviews, I want to move my file to CHC, New Delhi. How do I do that. My H1 expires by October 2010. Do you think Bufallo will process my PR? Your support is highly appreciated.

Will we get an AOR after sending to CHC New Delhi... or the AOR is only for the initial applications filed in NS....??

Also please tell me, what intimation we will get after submitting the full application to CHC...

after sending full application to CHC Delhi, do they send AOR through E mail or regular mail.

I think they will send the AOR by post...

Will we be getting the request for RPRF along with AOR, as they have mentioned in other threads that the gap between the AOR & RPRF is very narrow....

As per my knowledge you should have send your application to canada its address is on there web site .i first time sent to delhi CHC but they sent that application back along with an application in which it was written that application to be sent to canada

Mohit,

I had already sent my initial application to Canada on July 2009 and received the file number on September 09. Now I am sending my "Full application" to CHC New Delhi, as once you received your file number, you have to process with your local CHC

Hi all,

I have heard that, we need to pay the RPRF along with the full application, if we are applying at the New Delhi CHC.

I haven't included that with my application..... Please suggest...
