i have copy of my spouse resident permit.does it need to be attested from saudia or i can get it attested from notary public here in pakistan??

There is no sense of getting it attested from Pakistan. By the way CHC will confirm if the document is genuine by contacting the issuing authourity therefore in my opinion there is no need to get it attested from Saudi either.

Well i was going in May but had to defer to Sept on my course coordinator suggestion.

I can't say for sure but it seems to me that photocopy should be enough.
