In Lahore, you can pay fee at Standard Chartered Bank branches.

Ammm there are 4 branches of it which accept visa fee and I know 2 of them.
They are:

• Standard Chartered Bank - Garden Town Branch (barkat Market)
• Standard Chartered Bank - Tufail Road Branch (Cantt)

Just go there, they will provide you the challan form.
Amount will be written on it.
You need to pay for:

• Embassy Fee
• Biometric Fee
• Bank Service Charges

while filling out my spouse name in the study permit application, i found that there is no surname/family name mentioned on her passport. there is only her given name and father name on her passport.. what should i write in the family name section or simply leave it blank..please advise.thanks

please also share how to fill out application forms on computer..mean to say if we fill out forms on computer and then take a print we need to add a barcode as well..if u could please tell how and when to generate this code??

go to ur bank branch ask the manager for bank account certificate,, it will take about 2 business days to create but its important because it is generated from head branch and very authentic, to reinforce ur statement I highly recommend u to get one ok,,
after fill the forms click validate and print out the pages ok.. if u want to change, change the area u want and validate again and ur good to go ok,,

this is not possible there must be a last name, how come there is no last name, but CIC has solution dont worry

if you see ur passport firstly there is surname and then given name...in her case the surname field is blank and in the given name her full name is written..like

my spouse currently lives in saudi arabia with her parents and studying there..actually only nikah is done rukhsati to be done later..what address should i mention in the family information form? her saudi arab's address or the same address as mine?

if i mention her saudi arab's address than do i need to show her residence permit as a proof? or i should simply show that shes living with me??
also one of my sisters has left us after marriage and residing in saudia with her husband. should i mention her pakistan's address as shown in the family registration certificate?

please advise..

U should give ur wife's SaudI adress u can add copy of her permit, I recommend to do so, for ur sister u should gI've Saudi address too, no need to add any proof ok

In my opinion If you tell that your wife is currently living with you then this will be a lie and your application gets confirm rejection if u lie. My sister lives in Canada with her husband so I wrote her Canada's address. I think you will need to mention there current addresses both for your wife and sister.

i have copy of my spouse resident permit.does it need to be attested from saudia or i can get it attested from notary public here in pakistan??

hmm not sure about that, but as common sense if document is from saudi then I believe it should be attested from there, that make more sense, since I dont have any experience about that so I cant say anything surely....
