1. Application for study permit
2. Family info form
3. Temporary resident visa form
4. Passport plus photocopy
5. ID card copy translation from notary public (self and parents)
6. Offer letter from college/uni
7. Proof of payment of fee
8. Academic documents
9. IELTS
10. Statement of purpose
11. Police character certificate
12. Birth certificate
13. Marriage certificate
14. Employment certificate
15. Family registration certificate
16. Bank statement (3.5 million)
17. Investment in unit certificates (8 lac)
18. Income tax return
19. Wealth Statement
20. Annual Income Certificate (3 million approx)
21. Pay stubs of sponsor for current and previous month (aprox 3 lac each)
22. Letter from the sponsor on affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper

one question regarding funds (can i withdraw my investment in unit certificates and deposit it in the bank account or show it as an investment? plz advise)

another question is (do i need to provide any details about my spouse? am not accompanying her with me..is this sufficient to show marriage certificate or i need to show some other information?)

you can add bank account certificate, I recommend u to add it,

if ur 3.5 millions are enough to cover ur tuition for one year and residence then I think ur good,
If ur spouse is not accompanying u then u just fill the information asked in forms, ok

yar i need to know about the biometrics finger prints and photo..those who passed through this stage please share when we are asked for biometrics. mean to say we have to give biometrics at the time of submitting documents in VAC or CIC will call us later after submitting docs like they call for medicals later after submitting docs?

also share how much and where to submit biometrics and visa application fee in lahore..

You are not asked for it you will have to get it done when you submit your application. If you are submitting through VAC they have the facility they will have your biometrics and picture taken there. It you are submitting online then you will have to go to VAC for your biometrics just remember to pay for your biometrics fees too with your application fees.

After completing your form just hit the validate button on the top or the end of the page. If you have successfully filled all the required fields than the bar-code will be automatically generated for you. Simply print out the whole document you are done.

Yes I think there won't be any problem. I also made changes in my document after generating the bar code.

In Lahore, you can pay fee at Standard Chartered Bank branches.

Ammm there are 4 branches of it which accept visa fee and I know 2 of them.
They are:

• Standard Chartered Bank - Garden Town Branch (barkat Market)
• Standard Chartered Bank - Tufail Road Branch (Cantt)

Just go there, they will provide you the challan form.
Amount will be written on it.
You need to pay for:

• Embassy Fee
• Biometric Fee
• Bank Service Charges
