Regina said:THis is a standard answer, so what they actually say that in their opinoin :
1) You havent got sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course of program of studies that you intend to pursue AND 2) to maintain yourself (means-- living expenses)
May I ask you how long was your program? What is tuiton cost?
They do not care about your car (they do not know how quickly you can sell it and how much you can get for it, maybe close to nothing ?) and they do not care about you father property. Does he has a lot of property to sell every time when his children need money? Did he sell any property to help his other children?-- This is what VO thought looking at your case. (IMHO)
Did your father provided an affidavit that he will be paying for your expenses from his 80 lacs (is it $80 000?)?
HaiderRashid said:My Masters program is of 1 year, total tuition fee is 23,380 CAD. I already paid 14,000. now I have 35000 USD in my bank account.
I provided my fathers affidavit as well. and the bank statement was of 80,000 USD which makes it more than 80 lacs, and I am the only son. both sisters are married. and my father is on job and i provided his salary certificate from the employer. he earns 8k per month.
Even i earn 135,000 per month, I gave my income tax details too along with other job related documents. I showed the car as my asset.

Tell me did you mention in your SOP how you were going to support your family financially during your stay in Canada? Maybe the VO is not convinced that you can support your family back home during your stay in Canada for studies.
With what you paid $14000? Were they from you account where balance now is 35 000?My Masters program is of 1 year, total tuition fee is 23,380 CAD. I already paid 14,000. now I have 35000 USD in my bank account.
With CIC never count only on amount of money. They look at a whole picture.I can't believe they still rejected you for not having enough money

Regina said:I think they did not like that you rely on your father income too much taking in consideration that you are married and you leave family at home.
With what you paid $14000? Were they from you account where balance now is 35 000?
And now look: YOU have 35 000, you need to pay another 14 0000 + 10000 fo living expenses , that leave your family of two with only 11 000.
Your "grid" did not satisfy them that you are not stretching money too much to go to Canada.
Why did you need to show that grid at all if your father was going to back you up financially?
IMHO what you had to do was to leave 35 000 for you family and get 24 000 from your father from his account to your account, and explain it in his affidavit (where from you get that money on you account).
