Yes seems to me you will have to. Start by submitting the preliminary application as soon as possible. I applied in Alberta long time ago if I am not wrong u can only submit your documents after they notify you that your preliminary application is approved.aakalim said:Thanks for the advise. MSc is research based so I think you may require to contact a Professor. It is better to email your concerned department and confirm.
