I suggest you take it from General Prosecutor (Başsavcı) and made it translated.
And you can also get PCC from edevtlet in English.
Get them and merge them in a single pdf with separators. That's what I did actually.
Make sure they all have archieved option, this is a must.

I have. It takes half a day to complete the exam, and a day to get the results. Unfortunately I do not remember how much I paid. They are very helpful with questions, when you call them.
Hey mates, I just got my ITA and since I completed my military service in KKTC (North Cyprus Turkish Republic) for 9 months as a third luitenant; I need to get a police record from KKTC as well, but hte question is how? KKTC is not even a recognized sovereign country in the eyes of the world and I definitely can not ask for a police record from the Greek state of Cyprus (as I was never there) What do you think I should do? Anyone who ever read something about this in the forums?
It is an interesting case. I suggest you to write your situation clearly and upload this letter to CIC where they ask for the police report. You were basically assigned to do your military service in an "occupied" state and I am sure they will understand this. Nevertheless, they may scrutinize the nature of your duty there e.g what was your duty, what was the name of your first officer etc..

For documents that require translation - the notary (noter) stamps are all in Turkish for e.g. "Aslina Uygundur", even dates are in Turkish "18 Ocak 2019", and the name and position of the Notary place "Ankara xx Noter Yeminli Katibi - ...........".
What is the solution for that? Will the officers understand the meaning of these stamps?
And for the affidavit from certified translators (yeminli tercumanlar), has anyone successfully gotten one?

If you haven't started already you can contact a certified translator to avoid these problems. That way you won't need any notarization and an affidavit.

My medical exam will expire by April 26th. I received PPR and submitted my passport to VFS. It has been 10 days since I received acknowledgment email from VFS. I am afraid to have a very short period to plan my trip for soft landing.
For those who received the PPR and submitted their passport to VFS Turkey, how long did it take for Ankara Visa Office to process your visa?

This morning, I received an email from VFS saying that my passport has been dispatched from Ankara VO to VFS visa center. I logged into my CIC account and saw that my application status is updated as below:

ITA: 07/02/2018
AoR: 03/05/2018 --> along with my documents, I submitted an explanation letter regarding absence of my "police certificate from USA". I initiated the process however it took 12-16 weeks for FBI to issue this certificate.
RR: 10/05/2018: CIC requested additional documents; a) Detailed travel history b) Original IELTS result.
RR: 11/05/2018: CIC granted 60 days of extension of time to submit "Police Certificate from USA".
RR: 12/07/2018: I still did not receive the police report from USA therefore requested another time extension.
RR: 13/07/2018: CIC granted another 30 days of time extension for police certificate.
RR: 13/12/2018: CIC requested Schedule A: Background Declaration Form
RR: 09/01/2019: CIC requested to provide an original police report or court records.
As I did not follow up my status precisely (only when message received) I do not know the exact dates of status updates like IP1, IP2 and MEP.
I recently started to follow the system on a daily basis and I noticed 3 ghost updates on the following dates:
Ghost update 1: 14/02/2019
Ghost update 2: 28/02/2019
Ghost update 3: 07/03/2019
PPR: 14/03/2019
Passport submitted to VFS: 18/03/2019
VFS acknowledged the receipt: 19/03/2019
VFS sent passport to Ankara Visa Office: 20/03/2019
Application approval email: 02/04/2019

I received my passport back from Ankara VO on 03/04/2019 with immigrant visa and COPR document. The status of my progress is changed as "approved" on CIC website.
