Well I think you are good to go over all, just do some research on universities on your own and the course you want to go for. You can also google for ratings and reputation. If your course selection is related to your home ties(i.e family business etc) and your educational background then it will be a huge plus point to grab the visa.
Going for a less populated state is going to help you to get PR more quickly.
Start preparing yourself and you can go for Jan 17 intake.

I was also refused for the two same reasons. Purpose of visit, and not satisfied that you are a bonafide student.

I have not applied yet, but I am planning to.
I've just completed my A'Levels. I might apply for CPA or Actuarial Science.

I've some question to be answered. And I believe this is the only platform I can find some.

For what you appeared for A'Levels or Pakistan Board? Grades/percentage please
University you are going to.
Have you applied for university and visa directly or through some agents? (if agents name them please)
Have you paid your university fee in advance for better chances of visa acceptance or no?
Finances you have shown? (If you dont want it public you may PM me maybe? I really want to know the answer of this question).
Which board should I choose when applying British Council or Pakistan Board? (I've appeared for both)
What are my chances if I apply for CPA/Actuarial Sciences?
Is brock university good? Good enough to have a impression on VO to accept my request?
Should I apply through HR consultants or directly?
Which program you will be going to?
Travel Histories.

P.s I've read all 13 pages lol. Waitistough, ammar, sysyed and UB seems to be one with good knowledge. I want answers from all of you and specially from those I've mentioned. I've some more question which I will ask.

Going for MBA from McMaster
Applied on my own. Why rely on anyone else other than yourself and Allah.
Had a bank statement of PKR 5 Mil
Deposited the admission for seat reservation. It was $1K
Board in Pakistan, I don't think would be a big issue. Your grades will be.
CPA is in high demand but you need to convince the VO why not CA from Pakistan and why CPA from Canada. The field are a bit different in terms of studies. The VO could be of the opinion since his CPA is of no use in PAK, he hence plans to stay in CAN. Don't let him to this impression. Acturials could be a different game altogether. High demand in PAK. Very less people who manage to complete it. Could be a strong selling point in your SOP.
Go for a stronger uni if finances is not an issue in my opinion. That would stand out.
Apply yourself or Consultant whichever gives you peace of mind. Both would follow the exact same procedure.
I travelled to Dubai, Saudia and USA. Travel History matters!
