According to last year stats, almost 40% ITA were issued to applicants with LMIA Job Offers. With new rules, all these applicants with job offers will lose minimum of 400 points. Accordingly, I strongly believe that points in next draw will drop. Hopefully it would be around 460.

I had 446 but with 15 educational points, have gone to 461. Fingers crossed for the next draw this week.

Also, even after updating the profile, your points dont get updated right away. It takes 1 day or 2 to process the new information and then your points will be updated. Hopefully you will get a message that your profile is updated.

Whenever you update express entry profile. Points do not get updated right away. It takes some time. Mostly a day or two. Secondly someone was saying, its possible to see your ranking now in pool. Can somebody explain that ?

Thats true. But why would they care for Pakistanis.

I have seen a few people who got visa but only submitting these documents. But in mooost cases, if you dont submit these docs (especially police certificate), they will ask you to send these and hence will further delay the application process. So, its better to submit.

for study permit you don't need any attestation from WES or HEC. Some institutions require attestation for admission but there is no such requirement for study permit.

No, that's optional. You can complete your application even without it

Nobody can decide if you can get visa or not just based on your target program or ielts result. It depends on a lot of other factors like you prior education, funds available for further study, how do you define your future goals in SOP, etc.

I was hoping processing times to get better this year but seems like its has worsened especially for us Pakistan which is quite strange.
