The processing time is the approximate time taken by 80% applications. The remaining 20% can take shorter or longer than that.

Haha you will have to wait a bit more till the end I think. Because I have observed from blog reading that they are finalizing April Applications and have opened up May and some of June applications. 2ndly the process time had been fallen to 14 weeks now that means some applications have been executed and burden is being reduced.
