That can be fixed later I think. You can do your medical exam while they fix it. But maybe you should ask the medical people just to be on the safe side. Once you do your test it will take 7 to 10 days for them to update your medical status as passed.

Do you have a medical appointment? If not you should get one immediately by emailing canmedpk@iom.int You should hurry because there might be a queue

Do you have any family members in Canada? That might have been the reason. Maybe you can defer your admission to January and apply again with a strong(er) SOP. Best of luck and don't lose hope yet.
