Many many congratulations!
I think it would cost around Rs 13,000 for three of you for ME. You should have your ME done at Nepal International Clinic which has panel physicians recommended by CIC. You can have it done with Dr. Buddhi Basnet or some other panel physician there. Please find contact details and location of NIC on google, inquire and take an appointment. You must take original passports and xerox copies of them.
Since you have a new MRP you must take both of them, and I think you should inform the VO about it.
You can get all information if you contact them on phone.

I heard somewhere in the forum that it needs a immunization certificate for a child to get admission in school in Canada , Where do we get that in Nepal. My child was immunized in Kathmandu and Pokhara as well.

Notice – Immigration measures in support of the Government’s response to the earthquake in Nepal
Ottawa, April 27, 2015 – Canada’s Citizenship and Immigration Minister Chris Alexander announced that, effective immediately, Canada will be prioritizing the processing of immigration applications already in progress on request from those who are significantly and personally affected by the earthquake in Nepal.

Requests from Nepalese citizens temporarily in Canada who need to extend their stay will be assessed in a compassionate and flexible manner.

In support of these measures, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has set up a special email address and a dedicated phone line to respond to requests from applicants and their families.

We are assessing other regions and more information will be provided as the situation evolves.

Should we email to the given email address to process our application on a priority basis??

Like in my case, I am resident of Dhapasi, though I am not directly significantly affected, but indirectly affected because there is possible chance of epidemic spread out as Dhapasi is nearby Samakhusi-Gongabu-New Buspark-Machhapokhari-Balaju area which is highly affected.

Pls advise.
