Today, i am manage to login , but found 2 issues:

1 - Address is missing
2 - Medical has been receivd line is missing

anyway else facing some issues in Ecaps, i guess this is due to file movment to SG.....

Does your ecas show the line of medical has been received? Have you received any contact from SG VO?

Hi there,

i am new in this forum, and hope we can guide and update each other about our cases,

I applied for PR in canada too (Quebec), in the 1st week of may i got an email from VO KL, inform me that my visa is ready to be issued, and request the PP with the right of PR, photos..

When i went to Singapore (the 1st week of June as i was busy with work), they did not take my Passport as the cheque i've did was with a worng amount, than i was forced to come back (on the same day to KL) to edit the cheque and i intended to go back to Singapore to get my visa

However, and after i arrived my home in KL, i checked my email as usual, and here where i got the bad news,
Singapore VO, emailed me, and said that currently, they are not able to issue me a visa, and they will contact me as soon as possible once my file will be ready to be finalized,

I do not know why all this, and now i start to think whether, my file got any issue or just due to rthe move,
the worst is that i resigned from my work in KL, and as a foreigner i have to leave the country soon,

Is there any one who have any comment, idea, advice about this case?

I'm applicant for SW for Quebec ,too, I have done my medical examinations 7 months ago, but till now I have not received any email or any changes in my status in cic (except Medical results have been received). Would u please tell me about your processing time. when did u do your Medical examinations and when did they received them?

I did the MEdical Last October, and my status also states :"We received the medical results"
Did you receive any email from the KL office before the closure (last may)

Btw, do you have any idea, why the Singapore VO is so quiet? and how they are going to settle our files? are they going to continue from where the KL VO stop or re do everything?
Also, i wonder, whether, our files, will be proceed after together with those originally belong to Singapore VO or after they'll finish their files

I had no email. I don`t know what is going on in SVO or KL VO. don`t worry. Last week I heard a student who had applied for student visa there was a problem with his check too,they had returned his check and after 1 month he is still waiting for their response.
I think that they are so busy and we have to wait.
if there is any problem with your Malaysian visa you can get a tourist visa (3months).

I hope next week we are going to get good news .

Feel so sorry to heard this from you. Don't worry Momo, everything will be work out fine in the end.

I've been waiting for my AOR for 10 months until today still no news from Visa Office. You are much more better than I.

Hope that they proceed Malaysia applicant's file as soon as possible. Keep us updated.

and what about you guys??


do you have an idea whether those who applied originally from Malaysia and now shifted to SIN, will be put in the queue and wait the SIN applicants to be finalized first?

You can courier your file to them. If possible, go to SGVO submit your file in person. Most of the people choose to courier their application. Arrange DHL or UPS.
