Hi all,
I assume "Paris VO" is the one which is located in Paris, Ontario - right? Since I saw some posts mentioning about French bank holidays and France telephone numbers I wanted to confirm.

I called yesterday and they said that my application was sent to paris office on september 4 , meaning it took them 5 month to just transport my file . The woman explained that 6 month is the average time and not the maximum time ! It could take up to 1 year but as iam reading along am realising that ppr has an average of 8 month (for transfered visa office applicants)

Thats my own interpretation ofcourse !

A friend of mine received his PPR only two months after his AOR - since there are more applicants round by round, the processing times are now longer

Tomorrow I'll step into my six months - so I'll try calling them next week.

4 pnp applicants got ppr on october 10 they where from feb and march aor !

So paris vo is working people !

We are January applicants, and they have barely touched our file - so I'm not so optimistic that there is much going on there.

Consular office works that way. that's what their website tells you. Not sure about VOs who process our applications

Hi all,

I live and work in Luxembourg, which makes Paris my Visa Office. However, I applied for PR from India (country of passport) and my PPR has come from New Delhi. Any ideas on whether I can submit passport to Paris office? If yes, do I just use New Delhi email asking for submission along with my application?

- 20/10 IP1/ADR/medicals passed
- 9/11 Application processed in Paris visa office
- 20/11 AD uploaded
Also, I am currently waiting for my GCMS notes.

Is it a good sign that my application was already transferred to Paris?

How can I know the progress of my file in Paris VO? Everytime im sending a CSE "webform" I get the same automated message saying that "Your file is currently being transferred ....", I got this for the past 4 months.

Times lines:

AOR 21/April/2017
Medicals 03/Aug/2017
IP1 03/Aug/2017
NA2 08/Aug/2017
CSE 10/Oct/2017 --> File is processed in Paris VO

U have to wait up to two more month dnt worry paris vo is slow but it will all be resolved once u recieve ur ppr, i think to be sure ur ok order ur gcms , thats what i did
