How do you get the immigration tracker as your signature?

My VO was also Paris. No background status change before PPR. A day after PPR in went to In Progress.

My Background check went to In Progress last saturday.
As far as I know this means one of two things (from the GCMS notes I've seen for many):
Either the processing is done and the visa is in printing queue,
OR the file has been sent for security screening (the stage that takes alot of time, not the standard security checks)

Let's hope it's the first scenario, I am rather anxious.

I noticed on tracker and other threads that many people in paris vo got BG IP this month but still didn't get a PPR.
I wonder why

It seems most European VOs are holding out on PPRs for PNPs for now.
Many got BG IP in London and Rome for weeks now and still didn't get a PPR.
